Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed. You will be notified with a tracking number when your package has shipped. Processing time is subject to change and may be longer due to high order volume.
CURRENCY USED WHEN PROCESSING PAYMENTS
The total of your order will be processed in US dollars. Please note that if your credit/debit card is in a different currency, there may be associated charges applied by your card issuer that are out of our control. For further details, please contact your card issuer directly.
SALES TAX
All applicable sales taxes will be applied at check-out for customers located in the United States.
USA SHIPPING
Free shipping on all USA orders. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to arrive once it has been shipped.
We offer expedited shipping. These rates are the responsibility of the buyer and will be applied at checkout.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship worldwide. Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. There may be additional charges imposed by your country. It is the responsibility of the buyer to understand and make payment of those charges. Please note, if shipped internationally, the clearance procedures can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses/Bases.
PRE-ORDERS
If pre-order is available, you may place your pre-order to access future items. The date for shipment will be stated on our product page. Please note that cancellations are permitted within 7 days from the confirmation message of your pre-order. The estimated shipping time varies depending on the product.

RETURN POLICY
We pride ourselves in providing our customers with high quality craftsmanship, but if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase upon receipt of delivery, you may return your items within 14 days.
USA returns are free.
To make sure your new shoes are fully refundable, please only try them on a plush surface, as any items which show signs of wear will not be accepted.
All items must be returned in their original packaging. BRITT NETTA reserves the right to refuse a return on any items received back in unsatisfactory condition.
Please note that our company charges a $25 restocking fee for returned items.
DAMAGED GOODS
BRITT NETTA collectibles are hand-made in Italy, using only the highest quality materials. For this reason, there could be slight differences between each item. These features should not be considered defects, but give each and every item the character that distinguishes them.
We inspect every item prior to shipping them out to our customers. This is done to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the condition of your items upon arrival. If you have placed your order on BRITTNETTA.COM and you received a faulty item, please contact us at customerservice@brittnetta.com within 4 days of your receipt so we may assist you. Items are "faulty” if they do not conform to the implied terms that correspond to their description and be of satisfactory quality.
Please note: Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty, you may refer to our Care Guide for further information on how to care for your items.
