Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed. You will be notified with a tracking number when your package has shipped. Processing time is subject to change and may be longer due to high order volume.
CURRENCY USED WHEN PROCESSING PAYMENTS
The total of your order will be processed in US dollars. Please note that if your credit/debit card is in a different currency, there may be associated charges applied by your card issuer that are out of our control. For further details, please contact your card issuer directly.
SALES TAX
All applicable sales taxes will be applied at check-out for customers located in the United States.
USA SHIPPING
Free shipping on all USA orders. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to arrive once it has been shipped.
We offer expedited shipping. These rates are the responsibility of the buyer and will be applied at checkout.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship worldwide. Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. There may be additional charges imposed by your country. It is the responsibility of the buyer to understand and make payment of those charges. Please note, if shipped internationally, the clearance procedures can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses/Bases.
PRE-ORDERS
If pre-order is available, you may place your pre-order to access future items. The date for shipment will be stated on our product page. Please note that cancellations are permitted within 7 days from the confirmation message of your pre-order. The estimated shipping time varies depending on the product.

RETURN POLICY
We take great pride in the craftsmanship of every pair of BRITT NETTA shoes. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Complimentary return shipping is provided for all U.S. returns.
To ensure your shoes remain eligible for a full refund, please try them on only on a soft, carpeted, or plush surface. Returns showing any signs of wear, damage, or use will not be accepted.
All items must be returned in their original packaging, including the shoe box, dust bags, and any accompanying materials. BRITT NETTA reserves the right to refuse any return that is received in unsatisfactory condition.
Return labels must be scanned by the shipping carrier within 14 days of being issued. If the return label is not scanned within this timeframe, the return request will be canceled and the return will no longer be eligible for a refund.
A $15 restocking fee will be deducted from all eligible refunds.
QUALITY & CRAFTSMANSHIP
Every BRITT NETTA collectible is meticulously handcrafted in Italy using the finest materials and traditional artisanal techniques. As each piece is made by hand, slight variations in color, texture, or finish may naturally occur. These subtle differences are not imperfections, but rather a reflection of the craftsmanship and individuality that make each piece unique.
Every item undergoes a thorough quality inspection before it leaves our studio to ensure it meets our exacting standards.
If you purchased your item directly from BRITTNETTA.COM and believe you have received a defective product, please contact us at customerservice@brittnetta.com within 4 days of delivery so we can promptly assist you.
An item will be considered defective only if it has a manufacturing flaw or does not conform to its intended description or quality standards. Variations inherent to handcrafted products, as well as normal wear and tear, are not considered defects.
Please note: Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty, you may refer to our Care Guide for further information on how to care for your items.
